The Information Office of Shandong Provincial Health Department issued a news announcement on September 12, and Zaozhuang Shanting Experimental Middle School found 13 confirmed cases of influenza A (H 1N 1). 13 patients were all students from Shanting Experimental Middle School in Zaozhuang City, and the detection result of influenza A virus H 1N 1 nucleic acid was positive. According to the diagnostic criteria of the Ministry of Health, the expert group comprehensively analyzed the clinical manifestations, epidemiological history and laboratory test results of the cases with positive nucleic acid detection, and determined that they were confirmed cases of influenza A H 1N 1. At present, all the confirmed patients are in stable condition without serious illness.
The case of influenza A H 1N 1 in Shanting Experimental Middle School is the first confirmed case of influenza A H 1N 1 in Zaozhuang City and the eighth case of influenza A H 1N 1 in Shandong Province. The other seven cases are: 42 cases of A-H 1N 1 cases diagnosed by Qingdao University of Technology, 24 cases of A-H 1N 1 cases diagnosed by Dongyue Middle School in Tai 'an City, 9 cases of A-H1N/cases diagnosed by Wangcun Middle School in jimo city. There are 9 confirmed cases of influenza A in Shandong Huayang Maritime College, 6 confirmed cases of influenza A in Tai 'an No.2 Middle School and 8 confirmed cases of influenza A in yinan county Wolong School.
It is reported that on September 9, Zaozhuang City Center for Disease Control and Prevention immediately launched an emergency plan after receiving the report of influenza-like cases from Shanting Experimental Middle School, and organized epidemiologists and members of the health emergency mobile team to rush to Shanting to carry out epidemiological investigation, take emergency disinfection and isolation measures, and cooperate with the expert group of the Provincial Health Department to adjust the prevention and control work plan in time to guide the implementation of prevention and control measures. At present, the patients treated in isolation have normal body temperature and stable condition. Close contacts found have taken isolated observation measures at home and at school according to different situations, and various influenza prevention and control measures are being implemented in an orderly manner.
