According to the map, Chengdu Shuangliu Zhonggong Education and Training Base is located at about 100 meters east of the intersection of Hangyuan Road and Baiyi Shangjie Section 2 in Shuangliu District (Champs Elysé es-Phase I) in Chengdu.
