Main tasks: to study and formulate the national education development plan and annual development plan, draw up the focus, scale, speed and steps of education development, and organize, guide and coordinate the implementation of the national education development plan, annual plan, education system reform and school-running system reform. Coordinate the construction of teaching and administrative staff in the county, manage the continuing education of teachers and educational administrators, and guide the construction of talent team in the education system.
