I. Existing problems
1, theoretical study is not deep enough. Because of the busy business work, the study of the Party's theory is superficial, lacking the spirit of assiduous study, not digging deep into the connotation of the theory, not grasping the essence of these theories, and lacking the sense of urgency in thought and political responsibility. Secondly, the combination of theory and practice is not enough. There is no real application of what you have learned and no organic combination of theory and practical work. Occasionally, there is a phenomenon of being divorced from the masses in the work, and the work is not innovative.
2. In terms of ideological work, talk more and do less. No matter in the process of strengthening the ideological education of cadres in party member, or in the usual work arrangements, ideals, beliefs and sense of purpose are always on the lips of speeches at meetings, and they are often talked about much, but not reflected enough in specific work. Criticism and self-criticism are not carried out in time,
3. Lack of innovation in work. I can use my brains to find ways to finish the supervisor's work, not only trying to finish the work, but also taking some innovative measures. But at present, my innovative consciousness is not strong enough, my innovative ideas are not broad enough and my level is not high. There are problems such as imperfect work style and not in-depth work. A lot of time and energy are devoted to transactional work and going deep into the grassroots. Pay too much attention to the completion of the task and despise the actual effect of the work. Backward ideas and insufficient sense of innovation. Sometimes you just work for the sake of work, and you can only complete the tasks assigned by your superiors. I am used to working with old methods and experience, and I can't carry out my work in a pioneering way. Lack of initiative and initiative in work, dare not dare to break old rules and routines. The way of thinking and work style have not adapted to the new situation of current economic and social development, and the sense of innovation is insufficient, the mind is not emancipated enough, and the working ideas are not open enough.
5. The purpose consciousness of serving the people wholeheartedly is not strong enough. Serving the people wholeheartedly is the fundamental requirement for our grassroots cadres. Conscientious and responsible, diligent, dedicated to do a good job. However, my own ideas are not solid. There can be no high standards and strict requirements in work, study and style, and the sense of responsibility is not strong enough. There is still a big gap from the requirements of superiors and comrades.
Second, the main reasons for the problems
First, there is insufficient understanding of the importance of theoretical study. The relationship between work and study is not handled well, and at the same time, I feel that I have also been negatively affected by this problem in society, and my political sense of smell has become dull.
The second is to relax the transformation of the subjective world. With the promotion of my position and the change of my working environment, I have not been strict with myself all the time, and my purpose concept has also faded.
Third, the enterprising spirit is not strong, content with the status quo. Insufficient research on new situations and new problems in my work has made me unable to meet the requirements of the development of the situation in some aspects.
Fourth, self-discipline is not strong enough. In terms of ideological style, work style and organizational discipline, I relaxed my requirements, and my work was not rigorous and meticulous. I was lucky and thought that there would be no problem.
Third, the rectification measures
This educational activity to rectify the discipline style has made me see clearly some problems in my ideological style and discipline, but the key is not to find out the problems, but to analyze the reasons. The key is how to follow the requirements of party constitution and Party spirit, focus on your own problems and weak links, urge yourself to take practical actions, solve every specific problem in a down-to-earth manner, and become a qualified leading cadre in party member in the future.

While constantly improving their own political theory level, they should pay attention to the combination of theory and work practice, apply what they have learned, promote learning and learn from each other, and improve their ability to use theory to guide practice.
2, establish the idea of pioneering and innovative, develop the habit of thinking diligently, enhance the initiative and foresight of work, dare to think about the implementation of various tasks, actively study new situations, solve new problems, and creatively carry out work. Further enhance the awareness of the overall situation, responsibility and innovation, and do your job well with practical actions.
3. Further strengthen the sense of discipline and strive to be strict with yourself. Adhere to high standards and strict requirements, more strictly abide by various rules and regulations, always take Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents as the code of conduct, and always set strict demands on yourself with the standard of a * * * member, do not say what you shouldn't say, don't do what you shouldn't do, obey the overall situation, obey the command, and order it to be prohibited. Further strengthen the awareness of clean government, exercise the quality of will, improve the ideological realm, consciously accept supervision, and maintain noble moral sentiments.
4, straighten the position, give full play to the guiding responsibilities. Strict self-management and supervision, strict discipline and requirements. We should stress principles, discipline and methods in our work. Don't get what you shouldn't have, don't want what you shouldn't have, and don't do what you shouldn't have. At the same time, we should be good at checking leaks and filling vacancies, and strive to be a qualified grassroots cadre.
5. Strengthen party spirit training and improve party spirit cultivation.
Firmly establish the idea of lifelong learning and turn the experience and achievements of learning into the driving force of work. Ideologically, we should care about the masses, serve the people, firmly establish the Marxist mass viewpoint, always adhere to the party's mass line, always put ourselves and the people in a correct position, and be close to the masses emotionally, conform to public opinion and make profits for the people. Work hard to achieve practical results, enhance the sense of responsibility and urgency, and consciously accept the supervision of the Party organization, party member and the masses.
