2. Those who have reached the required standard hours after the second-level formal training of psychological counselors and obtained the certificate of completion.
3. Have intermediate or above professional and technical qualifications in psychology, education and medicine, and have been engaged in psychological counseling for 2 years after reaching the required standard hours through secondary formal training of psychological counselors.
