First, primary school, junior high school and senior high school still carry out exam-oriented education, which leads parents and schools to pay attention only to scores, so students usually answer questions for exams, not for knowledge, which leads them to spend a lot of time on solving problems, and have no time to cultivate their hobbies and interests, and there is no way to exert their creativity. In the teaching process, the school actually takes the standard answer as the template and the teacher takes the standard answer as the assessment standard, which makes students just want to get high marks by practicing their own problem-solving methods, so there are still shortcomings in innovation. Usually, after more than ten years of study, students will relax once they enter the university. Although some students choose to continue their studies, it is still difficult to produce innovative talents because of exam-oriented education.
Second, the lack of moral education Although all schools want to cultivate talents with all-round development in morality, intelligence, physique and beauty, in fact, when we go to the field, we will find that many ideological and moral courses in primary and secondary schools are borrowed by Chinese, mathematics and English teachers, while some schools simply do not offer these courses, and the class teacher will conduct them in the form of class meetings. This makes the cultivation of moral education very superficial. Once there is a superior leadership department to check, the school will be relatively lively, pay attention to moral education, publicize and organize some activities with great fanfare, but after the inspection, it will return to the original scene, still focusing on test scores. This kind of moral education has not penetrated into students' daily life at all, so students will still be exposed to some wrong and empty ideas.
In addition to the above two most obvious problems, there is another obvious problem, that is, the current basic education ignores the practical ability, which will also have an impact on children's future. However, China is actively improving now, and I believe everything will get better and better in the future.
