In order to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, Chongqing Museum of Anti-Japanese War Ruins was renovated on the basis of the original "Chongqing Huangshan Capital Ruins" (Chongqing Huangshan Cadre Sanatorium) and reopened to the public in 2005.
