What should teachers do about students' fines and other illegal acts?
There are no laws and regulations authorizing teachers to fine students, so the teacher's behavior is obviously illegal; As a student, you can report the relevant situation to school leaders or education administrative departments; But before that, we must also find out what the purpose of the teacher's fine is. If the "fine" money does not enter the teacher's pocket, and the amount is small, it is only used as the source of class fees and is unanimously agreed by the students. This is also a "class rule". Although it is still suspected of breaking the law, its nature is obviously different. In this case, as students, we should also have a grateful heart to protect our teachers. Legal link: Article 37 of the Teachers Law, if a teacher is in any of the following circumstances, he shall be given administrative sanctions or dismissed by his school, other educational institutions or the administrative department of education:

(a) deliberately not to complete the task of education and teaching, resulting in losses to education and teaching;

(two) corporal punishment of students, the education is invalid;

(three) bad conduct, insulting students, bad influence.

If a teacher falls under any of the circumstances listed in Items (2) and (3) of the preceding paragraph and the circumstances are serious enough to constitute a crime, he shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.
