Mudanjiang University, located in Aimin District, Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province, was founded on 1983. It is a comprehensive full-time ordinary college approved by Heilongjiang Provincial People's Government, put on record by the Ministry of Education and sponsored by Mudanjiang Municipal People's Government.
The school consists of headquarters, Hailin campus and industrial park training base. As of 20 19, the school covers an area of 373,000 square meters, with total fixed assets of 450 million yuan and a library of 566,000 books. The school has 10 secondary colleges and 39 majors.
