1, Changsha Vocational and Technical College of Environmental Protection, formerly known as Changsha Environmental Protection School of the State Environmental Protection Administration, was founded in 1979. It is the only environmental protection vocational college in China jointly established by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the Hunan Provincial People's Government, a model vocational college in Hunan Province, and an excellent university evaluated by the Ministry of Education. In 2002, the school was upgraded to a public full-time general college.
2. Hunan Foreign Trade Vocational College is a public full-time ordinary higher vocational college approved by the Hunan Provincial People's Government, put on record by the Ministry of Education and sponsored by the Department of Commerce. At the same time, it is also a provincial-level demonstration college under the key construction of Hunan Provincial Department of Education. It was formed by the merger and upgrading of Hunan Foreign Economic and Trade School and Hunan Economic and Trade School, and its running history can be traced back to Hunan Grain School, which was established in 1954.
3. Changsha Electric Power Vocational and Technical College is a public full-time ordinary college approved by the Hunan Provincial Government and filed by the Ministry of Education. The college is affiliated to the State Grid Hunan Electric Power Company, and its education business is managed by the Hunan Provincial Department of Education. It is the only electric power vocational college in Hunan Province.
At present, the management mode of "two brands and one team" is implemented with the Central Training Department of Hunan Electric Power Company, which not only undertakes the responsibility of cultivating high-quality skilled professionals in the electric power industry, but also shoulders the task of training and skill appraisal of electric power workers in Hunan Province.
