The development of educational informatization has entered a new stage. How to give full play to the role of informatization means?
With the acceleration of the "internet plus" action plan and the intensive introduction of the "Action Plan for Promoting Big Data Development" and other related policies, informatization has become a national strategy, and educational informatization is welcoming a major historical development opportunity. In September this year, the Ministry of Education issued the "Guiding Opinions on Comprehensively and Deeply Promoting Education Informatization during the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan (Draft for Comment)", proposing to strengthen the interconnection and convergence of resource platforms and management platforms, and support education administrative departments at all levels, various educational institutions, enterprises and institutions to develop related applications by using the existing national systems. This also means that the traditional education system has begun to open its doors to third-party service providers, and the development of educational informatization in China has entered a new stage.

Under such a good situation, some domestic online education enterprises began to walk from behind the scenes to the front. Many online education companies compete with the government or public schools to launch various online education products relying on wireless networks, mobile phones and tablets. Recently, some media reported that a city in Sichuan Province signed a strategic cooperation agreement with an online education enterprise. The Municipal Education Bureau announced that it will introduce the online question bank into the classroom teaching of all middle schools in the city. Teachers and students will use the question bank on the mobile phone to complete teaching tasks such as pre-class preparation, in-class examination and homework.

Throughout the development of educational informatization at home and abroad, it has generally gone through the process of "infrastructure construction-software resource development-human resource development-promoting teaching reform", which is the internal logic of the development of educational informatization since this century. Judging from the current situation, "internet plus" has accelerated the arrival of the era of "technical support for teaching and learning". From computer to multimedia to Internet, from "assisted instruction" to "supported learning" not only reflects the change of learners' status from passive to active, but also indicates that the status of information technology is gradually moving from "tool" to "environment". New technologies such as the Internet can not only help learning, but also be deeply integrated into the teaching process and become an organic part of modern teaching.

When we are keen to apply the new Internet technology to teaching reform, we must clearly understand the limitations of the new technology, and we cannot unilaterally exaggerate the role of new technologies such as the Internet in teaching reform. We should realize that no matter how the new technology expands and develops, the traditional word-of-mouth education still has its important value. Because education is, after all, a process of transferring knowledge and experience from one generation to another, and in this process, the interaction between people is very important, and this face-to-face interaction is irreplaceable by any virtual environment. In addition, do parents understand and support the educational informatization project in the promotion process? What are the actual needs of front-line teachers and students? Is it really effective to promote the whole line? How can we maximize the role of information technology? These problems cannot be ignored.

The primary and middle school students we are facing today can be said to be the "digital generation". They spend a lot of time using digital devices every day. They prefer instant and interesting learning methods to simple "lecturing" teaching. But this does not mean that Internet technology can completely replace traditional teaching and learning. Education should not only abide by students' learning rules, but also perform the function of "guidance and cultivation" entrusted by society, and cultivate students' interpersonal communication ability, information communication ability, independent problem-solving ability and innovative thinking ability, which cannot be replaced by "Internet+education". The harmonious relationship between teachers and students and the close relationship between students and students inherent in the education process are irreplaceable by modern internet technology.
