Where was the "First Forum on Chinese Studies Education" held?
The "First Forum on Chinese Studies Education" sponsored by Shutong Culture and Art College opened in Beijing on the 23rd. Experts attending the meeting, including Mo Yan, a Nobel Prize in Literature winner, focused on the education of Chinese studies among young people, calling for attaching importance to classics, reading and writing them, and inheriting the traditional culture of China.

Li Zhonghua, a professor of philosophy at Peking University, introduced a series of classic reading and writing books edited by him and Wang Zhen, president of Shutong College of Culture and Arts. This set of books featured nearly 70,000 words of classic contents such as Three Amethyst, Disciples' Rules, Qian Wen Zi, Enlightenment of Tone, Four Books and Five Classics, and was designed according to the style of 18 semesters in the ninth grade of primary school and junior high school. It has been used as a series of morning reading books by more than 20 schools in Beijing.

Mr. Mo Yan, consultant of the editorial board of Classic Reading and Writing, said that the good time for reading is in childhood, and children have the best memory, which is most suitable for reading aloud and systematic learning. This set of books is written step by step, advocating reading in the day and warming in the month. You can get twice the result with half the effort after such training of heart, brain, language and muscles.
