The Sino-German Vocational Skills Certification Research Center of Tongji University takes the lead, cooperates with global industry benchmark enterprises, formulates professional competence standards and a menu-based and modular training system based on job groups according to the development of the industry, and dynamically adjusts job competence points and training modules according to the actual situation, industry development and application of new technologies of industry enterprises in various provinces and cities of China, selects benchmark enterprises for exploration, and jointly formulates professional standards that meet the post competence of enterprises and carries out joint certification.
