Second, what materials are there in the file?
1. The graduation file of self-taught examination contains all the qualified scores and practical papers of undergraduate or junior college courses obtained by graduates in the process of self-taught examination, as well as the personal information of graduates, and the graduation examination conclusions and seals jointly made by the provincial self-taught examination office and the examiners' colleges. At the same time, it is also an important certificate for self-taught undergraduate graduates to take the postgraduate entrance examination, to enroll important personnel files of national and local civil servants and to enroll. If, after half a year, the self-taught graduates obtain the bachelor's degree certificate issued by the Examiner College, there will also be a bachelor's degree examination form stamped by the Examiner College, which will be merged with the graduate registration form to become the final graduation file of the self-taught undergraduates.
2. The graduation files of self-taught undergraduate or junior college students are generally signed and sealed by the provincial self-taught office and the examiners' colleges, generally in triplicate.
3. The provincial self-study office and the examiner's college each keep an archive, and the other one is submitted by the candidate himself to the unit or the personnel testing center for archiving.
