And I never force my children to admit their mistakes in person, just tell them to let their actions speak for themselves.
I still remember twenty years ago, when I first became a teacher, I subconsciously thought that teachers had absolute authority and students had to obey. At that time, I was most proud of my excellent grades in my class, and my assessment was always among the best. But students are not convinced, and many students have strong rebellious psychology.
Slowly, I understand that the object of education is students with rich emotions. Education is not instilling knowledge, nor is it absolute obedience, but awakening, inspiring and igniting. Trust often creates a beautiful realm.
