It is said that interviews for civil servants in Honghe Prefecture are all leaderless group discussions. Is it true?/You don't say.
Hello, Chinese public education is at your service.

Since 20 1 1, the interview methods of Honghe prefecture in Yunnan civil service examination are all leaderless group discussions.

Leader-less group discussion (LGD) is a commonly used evaluation technique in talent evaluation.

The leaderless group discussion uses scenario simulation to interview the candidates collectively. Composed of a certain number of candidates (4- 12), discuss a given question for about an hour. During the discussion, neither the leader nor the position where the subjects should sit is specified, so that the subjects can arrange their own organizations, and the evaluator can observe the subjects' organizational and coordination ability, oral expression ability, debate and persuasion ability, self-confidence, enterprising spirit, emotional stability, reaction flexibility, interpersonal skills and so on.

In the leaderless group discussion, we don't specify who is the leader or where each candidate should sit. Instead, we let all the topics be arranged and organized by ourselves. The evaluator only judges the ability and quality level of the candidates by arranging the discussion topics of the candidates, observing the performance of each candidate and scoring all the elements of the candidates.

There is no leading group to discuss the interview process:
