From July 1993 to June 2008, I worked in China Education Press, mainly engaged in educational news reporting. In 2003, he served as the editorial board member of China Education News and Minister of Basic Education. In February 2008, he served as deputy editor-in-chief of People's Education magazine directly under the Ministry of Education.

Since June 2008, he has served as deputy director of the General Office of the Ministry of Education, director of the Information Office and spokesperson of the Ministry of Education.
