No charge. Yulin university, located in Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, was jointly established by Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education and Yulin Municipal Government. It is a provincial undergraduate college which focuses on engineering, with the coordinated development of engineering, management, literature, science, agriculture and law. The college library is open to the public free of charge, and all college staff can enter it free of charge.
