I. Introduction of the Association
Jiangsu Licensed Pharmacists Association (English name: Jiangsu Licensed Pharmacists Association; English abbreviation: JSLPA) was established on August 9, 20 1 1 year. Association is a professional, non-profit social organization voluntarily composed of licensed pharmacists in Jiangsu Province and relevant units and individuals engaged in drug production, management, use, education, scientific research and management.
The association was approved and registered by Jiangsu Social Organization Registration Administration, and obtained the legal person status of social organizations. The association accepts the business guidance of the US Food and Drug Administration of Jiangsu Province and the supervision and management of the Civil Affairs Department of Jiangsu Province to promote the rational use of drugs by the public and protect people's health.
Second, the purpose of this association
Abide by the Constitution, laws, regulations and national policies, strive to strengthen the construction of licensed pharmacists, strengthen the honesty and self-discipline of licensed pharmacists, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of licensed pharmacists, strictly manage the continuing education of licensed pharmacists, improve the legal, moral and professional quality of licensed pharmacists, enhance their professional ability and ensure the quality of medicines and pharmaceutical services.
Three. Business scope of the association
(a) study and publicize the laws and regulations on drug supervision and administration, implement the qualification system for licensed pharmacists, and promote the training, use and management of licensed pharmacists.
(two) to carry out continuing education, professional training and academic exchanges of licensed pharmacists, and to improve the practicing ability of licensed pharmacists.
(three) to accept the authorization of relevant laws and regulations or the entrustment of the government drug supervision department, and to participate in or undertake the tasks and projects in the construction of licensed pharmacists, the academic development of pharmacy, and the rational use of drugs.
