How to do well the ideological work of freshmen's admission
We carry out ideological and moral education for students, which runs through the whole process of school education and teaching, permeates the education of intelligence, physique, beauty and labor, and plays a leading role in promoting students' all-round development and ensuring the correct direction of talent training. The specific measures are: conduct safety publicity and education for students at the class meeting at the beginning of the school year, seriously study the daily behavior norms, primary code, etiquette conventions and ten don 'ts for primary school students, and educate students in safety, discipline, legal system, ideology and morality, environmental civilization and manners, so that students can have a good start from the beginning of school year. In addition, students have received the following education:

First, grasp routine training.

School life requires children to establish strict collective and time concepts and abide by school discipline. Children in Grade One are young and can do it without repeated training. So from the beginning of school, I gave them regular education, and put forward clear requirements on how to attend classes, finish classes, answer questions, respect teachers and unite classmates. Then, I trained repeatedly, praised my classmates who did well, and let him show them to everyone. Some students do something wrong, so let them do it again, twice, repeatedly, until they do it well. We should not criticize them just because they made a mistake, but sincerely encourage them to build up confidence and do it well.

Second, let students develop good behavior habits

Good behavior habits play an important role in a person's life. The first grade is the initial stage of basic education, and it is also the key period to cultivate good behavior habits. Habits not only affect children's life, personality, behavior and so on. , but also directly affect their future and even their lives. Therefore, we put the focus of class work on cultivating students' good behavior habits. I do it from the following aspects:

1, low starting point

The first-year students are young, dependent and poor in practical ability. In addition, most of them are only children now, and their elders love them. Most of them have bad habits, and some are even stubborn. At this time, education must not be rushed. As the saying goes, "You can't eat hot tofu if you are impatient". Only put yourself in the patient's shoes, understand the students, let them trust you, understand you and cooperate with you. You can lead them step by step. Only in this way can students develop good behavior habits. For example, when I first entered school, students didn't know how to do their homework. In order to overcome the students' fear of doing homework and lay the foundation for developing good homework habits in the future, I assigned less homework. Leave enough time for students to do their homework in class; And I only ask two small requirements: don't talk and don't play when doing homework. As long as you do it, you are a good boy who does his homework carefully. It is easy for junior students to get a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment. This requirement has been fulfilled and new requirements will be put forward. This creates conditions for learning and makes it progress continuously.

2. Adhere to positive education and combine education with stories.

It is impossible to educate first-year students only by reasoning. Children like to listen to stories, and they will be quiet as soon as they hear them. I will seize this curious psychological feature and educate students by telling stories. In order to cultivate good study habits, I told them the story of "smelling chickens dancing" and let them know that they have to study hard to do well. I also make up a short story to educate students according to the specific situation in the class.

First-year students are naive and lively, with intuitive understanding as the main factor, and lack of understanding of abstract words. Students are required to be used to being detailed and specific, so that they can understand it as soon as they hear it, know how to do it and be more operational. If students are required to listen attentively in class, what should they do to do so? I made up a children's song "32 1, sit neatly and put your hands behind your back." Sometimes students are absent-minded, make small moves, talk casually and so on. I only said the first half of nursery rhymes, and the students immediately went on to say the second half, which not only reviewed the routine of listening in class, but also effectively reminded and urged the children who violated the discipline.

3. Combine practice and education in activities.

According to the concrete reality, it is an effective method to carry out ideological education through meaningful activities. For example, individual students are more interested in other people's things and take them away. In this case, I will find some examples of collecting things and giving them to the public, telling them that they can't just give other people's things to the public. In this way, students can distinguish right from wrong, and more students in the class collect things and give them to the public.

4. Strengthen training

Put forward some small requirements, if you don't carry out solid and effective training, it will be empty talk. Moreover, the training should be strict, and there should be a kind of patience that will not stop until the goal is reached. In order to cultivate students' civilized behavior, according to the requirements of the school, I should speak softly, walk softly, don't push the doors of other classes, don't make a hullabaloo about indoors, don't tear paper casually, walk neatly when going out to do exercises, and urge them every day until they realize it. Although it takes a lot of time at first, after repeated intensive training, learning will become a conscious behavior, good habits will be gradually developed and efficiency will be improved.

Third, patient education, focusing on praise.

Listening to praise is a child's psychological characteristic. If praise is used properly, students' enthusiasm will be high. For example, at the beginning of class, most students are clamoring for not preparing for class. If you criticize in general, the effect is not great. If you criticize by name, others will often gloat. If a classmate who sits quietly is praised from the noise, other students will follow suit and be orderly. Everyone has self-esteem. Praise has a critical role and does not hurt students' self-esteem, so as to help students learn from each other and achieve the goal of learning from each other's strengths.

Fourth, set an example and be a role model for students.

First-year students are very imitative, and teachers' every move, words and deeds have a subtle influence on students. I am strict with myself in my work and set an example everywhere. I will do what the students are asked to do first. If students are required to be polite to people, I will take the lead in using polite expressions; Please take care of the environment, and I will take the lead in environmental protection.

Fifth, do a good job in transforming underachievers.

There are more underachievers in our class. Therefore, transforming underachievers is an essential job. I think we should give special care to underachievers. We should not discriminate ideologically, emotionally and rudely. We should use our sincere love for poor students to knock on their hearts. Be good at finding their bright spots. Active tutoring after class and more contact with parents can create a good learning environment for students and promote the all-round development of classes.

Although I am busy every day, I am very happy and busy, because I constantly improve myself and improve myself in my busy life, so that all the classes I teach can leap to a new level.
