In order to further understand the current situation of school education and teaching under the policy of "double reduction", standardize daily education and teaching behavior, and improve the effectiveness of education and teaching,1on the morning of October 29th, 10, teachers Zhang Juxiang, Liu Miping and Wang Zhanqi from the teaching and research section of Jinmeng District Education and Sports Bureau went into pingle town Central Primary School and gave a half-day teaching tour to our school.
Several teachers conducted a comprehensive and detailed inspection, evaluation and supervision on school organization and leadership, teaching management, teaching research and reform, student activities, teaching resource management, etc., mainly by attending lectures, reviewing materials, talking with teachers, and checking homework and teaching plans.
The teachers in the teaching and research section went deep into the classroom and listened to four classes: Chinese, morality and rule of law. After class, the teaching and research staff made detailed comments and guidance on the teacher's class, and had face-to-face communication with the teaching teacher. While affirming the advantages, they also pointed out the problems existing in the teaching. Under the professional guidance of teaching researchers and teachers, teachers have benefited a lot.
Finally, several teachers and school leaders of the teaching and research section gathered in the principal's office to hold a summary feedback meeting, affirmed the gratifying achievements and successful experience of our school's education and teaching work, analyzed the objective problems existing in teaching research, and put forward reasonable suggestions in combination with the reality.
Since ancient times, I feel sad and lonely every autumn. I think autumn is more than spring. This survey has strong professionalism and clear objectives, which points out the direction for the future teaching and scientific research work of our school.
