Guangdong Open University (formerly Guangdong Radio and TV University) is a new type of institution of higher learning sponsored by the Guangdong Provincial People's Government, directly under the Provincial Education Department, supported by modern information technology, open to all members of society, and with the right to award bachelor's degrees. The school serves the construction of a learning society in Guangdong, and insists on facing the grassroots, the industry, the community and the countryside, providing diversified and multi-level academic education and non-academic education for learners. The open university diploma is recognized by the state and registered electronically by the Ministry of Education. It can be queried permanently on China Higher Education Student Information Network.

Annual enrollment is divided into spring and autumn. In March in spring and September in autumn, you can study on Guangkai. You can apply all over the country.

Application conditions 1, age 18 years old or above.

2. Those with graduation certificates from ordinary high schools, vocational high schools, technical schools and secondary specialized schools can apply for junior college.

There are 12 majors: e-commerce, marketing, big data and accounting, public affairs management, public cultural service and management, modern secretarial, legal affairs, business enterprise management, business English, computer application technology, construction project management and modern property management.

The learning resources of the difference course between Guangdong Open University and National Open University are made by experts organized by Guangdong Open University. Learners focus on business study and will not be full-time during their study. The learning method includes:

1. Autonomous learning: Learners mainly learn independently through the teaching resources and mobile learning resources on the teaching platform of Guangdong Open University.

2. Collaborative learning: learners communicate with classmates and teachers through online interactive means such as the teaching platform of Guangdong Open University.

3. Face-to-face tutoring: Learners attend the centralized face-to-face tutoring arranged by the school at the teaching point.

Learners who have registered for course certificates and graduation courses, who have completed the courses and obtained corresponding credits, can apply for the course certificates.

Learners registered with professional qualifications, who have completed the required credits and passed the graduation examination, are granted graduation and awarded the undergraduate (junior college) or junior college diploma of Guangdong Open University; Undergraduate graduates who meet the conditions for degree granting are awarded bachelor's degrees and degree certificates of Guangdong Open University.
