1. All the materials required for the certification application only need to be uploaded to the electronic version online. Please do not send the original application materials to the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education.
2. The scanned and uploaded application materials shall be color scanned copies of the original, and shall be faithful to the original to ensure clarity and completeness. Otherwise, it may affect the progress of certification evaluation and lead to the failure of certification evaluation.
3. If you need to certify more than one diploma, please submit the certification application separately. Don't upload more than one diploma in one certification application.
1. Academic degree certificate or higher education graduation certificate (hereinafter referred to as graduation certificate) that needs certification. Upload file format: pdf format, no more than 5M.
1. Diploma certificates that need to be certified are generally written in the official language of the host country/region. If you get a diploma in two languages, you must upload the diploma in the source language, and other languages can be uploaded selectively;
2. If there are words and patterns on both sides of the diploma certificate to be certified, a double-sided scanned copy should be provided at the same time;
3. If the applicant can't provide graduation certificate, our center can't provide certification service in principle.
If the diploma is lost, the applicant should apply to the issuing authority for a replacement certificate before submitting the certification application. If the issuing institution cannot reissue the certificate, it should provide a copy of the certificate or a degree-granting certificate issued by an official institution (generally issued by the student registration department or the academic affairs office), and provide a statement that the graduation certificate cannot be submitted (download the template, fill it out and upload it). Please note that these applicants also need to submit complete academic transcripts.
Please note that the "certification letter" is often difficult to check, so the evaluation time may exceed the normal certification cycle of diploma certificates, and may even fail the certification evaluation.
There may be differences in the certification results between the application submitted by "certification letter" and the application submitted by graduation certificate. After the certification evaluation is completed, our center will no longer accept the re-examination application for replacing the certification object.
Passport (pass) and visa (endorsement) used during studying abroad. The uploaded file format is: jpg format, and each file does not exceed1m.
Applicants for studying abroad: Passports used during studying abroad are required. The contents that need to be scanned and uploaded include: home page (personal information page) and visa page during study abroad (electronic sign or residence card is also required).
If the certified diploma was issued 10 years ago, the applicant should also provide all entry and exit stamps on the passport used during the study period.
Applicants studying in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan should provide a pass for their study. The contents to be scanned and uploaded include: the home page (personal information page) and the endorsement record during the study period (both sides of the pass must be submitted). If the certified diploma was issued 10 years ago, the applicant must also provide all entry and exit stamps on the pass during the study period.
Applicants studying in Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools/institutions: if they have been studying abroad for less than 6 months (180 days), they are required to provide a double-sided scanned personal ID card, without submitting passport-related information;
If you have been studying abroad for more than 6 months (180 days), please prepare materials according to the requirements of studying abroad or Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

1. Applicants who do not meet the academic requirements of foreign certification bodies must provide complete transcripts or research certificates during their studies;
2. The applicant has studied in many countries and schools, or the country of study is different from the awarding institution, and must submit a complete transcript of the study period;
3. In order to accurately judge the applicant's professional field, it is recommended that the applicant submit a complete transcript during the study period;
4. Due to the differences in educational systems of a few countries, Japan, South Korea, Britain, Singapore, the Philippines, Pakistan, Malaysia, Italy, Spain, France, Hungary, Ireland, Russia, Belarus and Ukraine need to provide additional application materials (click the country name for details);
5. Other relevant materials that the applicant needs to submit in order to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of certification (subject to the Notice of Supplementary Materials).
