Unconsciously, the four years of college are drawing to a close. On the occasion of graduation, our internship work is gradually unfolding. We are majoring in Chinese language and literature, which means that we usually go to school to work as teachers after graduation, so we all go to primary and secondary schools for internships in the last semester of our senior year, so that we can enter the working state immediately after graduation and be better qualified for teachers' work!

My internship is in a primary school, and I have just been admitted to Shihe Lian Xiao in Linyi Lingang Economic Development Zone. Although I am an intern here now, I will become a formal student after graduation, so this school may also be the school where I will work in the future. To be honest, the conditions here are not very good at present. The buildings in the school are bungalows, and the main roads in the school are paved with bricks.

The playground is a piece of yellow sand, but it has been included in the development zone. The school is in the north of the development zone, which is the same place as the district government. It's still very promising. More importantly, the teachers here are very simple, without jealousy or reservation. They gave me great support and help, which benefited me a lot.

As the saying goes, "Never fight an unprepared battle". No matter what you do, you should be prepared, so that you can get twice the result with half the effort. In order to adapt to the teacher's identity as soon as possible and integrate into it as soon as possible, I made a lot of preparations before the internship.

Although I majored in normal school and gave lectures on the podium during my school days, this is not real teaching after all. I was not nervous at all during the lecture. The following are all classmates, so there is nothing to worry about. However, in primary school, facing dozens of innocent children, I felt great pressure. So this educational practice is an unprecedented challenge for me, and it is also an opportunity to improve my teaching ability and exercise my teaching skills. So I prepared from the following three aspects:

First of all, ideologically, overcome inferiority and be confident and calm. When I first came to primary school, there was no teacher to take me. Because there was a lack of teachers here, I was admitted, so I was given a lesson from the beginning and taught by myself. I teach Chinese, morality and society, comprehensive practice and art in the third grade. At that time, there was no idea at all, such as how to write the lesson preparation record, what the class skills were, where the test focus was, and so on.

In order to practice better, I humbly ask the old teachers present, listen to their opinions, understand the problems that should be paid attention to during the internship from their rich internship experience, and learn from their words and deeds, teaching skills, basic skills exercises and so on.

Secondly, in preparing lessons, theory and practice go hand in hand. In college, I learned a lot of teaching skills, but I never had a chance to practice them. After I came, I mainly did two things: First, I reviewed the theory of teaching skills. I found out the books on teaching skills in the university and read them from beginning to end, from preparing lessons to giving lectures, from classroom teaching to after-school counseling, and got a detailed understanding.

Second, prepare lessons hard and be familiar with teaching materials. Before each class, I thoroughly read the textbooks, first read through the textbooks, sort out my teaching ideas, then read the teacher's reference books and make necessary supplements. On this basis, I divide the class into several classes according to the content and progress requirements, and make sure to write down my teaching plan carefully.

I explain the key points and difficulties in teaching in various classroom forms. Moreover, in teaching, I also link the actual situation of students with the theory of teaching skills and try my best to do my own teaching work well.

Finally, the preparation of the work of the class teacher and the work of the class teacher are also one of the focuses of this internship. In order to do a good job as a head teacher, I rearranged the activities of the head teacher's work in my educational practice, including theme class meetings and various planning activities, in an attempt to understand the specific requirements of the head teacher's work.
