There are 20 subway stations on Changsha Rail Transit 1 Line, namely Kaifu District Government, Racecourse, beichen delta, kaifu temple, Wenchang Pavilion, Peiyuan Bridge, Wuyi Square, Huangxing Square, South Gate, Houjiatang, Nanhu Road, Huangtuling, Tujiachong, Railway Institute, Youyi Road, Provincial Government Breeze, Guihuaping, Datuo and CITIC Square. The whole line passes through Kaifu District, Furong District, Tianxin District and Yuhua District.

Located in the east and north of Hunan Province, the lower reaches of Xiangjiang River and the west edge of Changliu Basin.

The excavation of important cultural relics such as Changsha, Mawangdui Han Tomb and Zoumalou Bamboo Slips reflects its profound Chu culture and Huxiang culture. Yuelu Academy, located at the foot of Yuelu Mountain, is a symbol of Hunan culture and education.
