Under the concern of Party organizations at all levels, with the joint efforts of young pioneers counselors and young pioneers, in accordance with the requirements of quality education, combined with the implementation of "Guiding Opinions on Deepening Young Pioneers' Chapter Struggle in Jianggan District" (Jiang Shaolian [20 1 1] 1), the Young Pioneers organized in-depth Young Pioneers' medal activities and achieved gratifying results. In order to set a good example and further encourage the young pioneers to grow healthily, through research, we decided to carry out the recommendation and evaluation of young pioneers of Jianggan 201KLOC-0/"Torch Silver Award". The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Proposed conditions

1. Love the motherland, study hard, be civilized and trustworthy, be brave in practice, be proactive and develop in an all-round way, and have a sense of honor and responsibility as a young pioneer;

2. Actively participate in the Eagle Chapter Competition, requiring 6 basic chapters, 4 district-level characteristic chapters, 4 school-level characteristic chapters and 2 interest chapters;

3. Won the "Torch Bronze Award" (one-star Eagle Medal).

Second, the recommended method

According to the prescribed recommendation conditions and the principle of "openness, fairness and justice", the school brigade department will send recommendation opinions to the Youth League Committee of the District Education Bureau according to the recommended places (attachment 1) on the basis of the application of the players themselves.

20 1 1 Young pioneers recommended by the "Torch Silver Award" in Jianggan District will continue to strengthen their practical assessment. All the recommended Young Pioneers will participate in the "Torch Silver Award" challenge camp organized by the Jianggan District Working Committee on a voluntary basis for actual combat assessment.

Third, the recommendation requirements

1. Recommended materials submitted by Young Pioneers:

(1) Young Pioneers Recommendation Form of "Torch Silver Award" in Jianggan District (Annex 3);

(2) A copy of the "Competition for Gardens" insert in the "Hangzhou Primary and Secondary School Students' Growth Record Book";

Note: each "chapter-fighting garden" insert can only reflect the chapter-fighting situation of young pioneers in one academic year. For example, when applying to participate in the "Challenge Camp", the fourth-grade Young Pioneers should attach an insert of "Zhengzhangyuan" in quadruplicate.

(3) a copy of the relevant honorary certificate of the district-level characteristic medal;

(Note: If the Young Pioneers win the "Purple Talented Person" at the district level, please attach a copy of the honorary certificate that won the third prize and above in the district art festival or the third prize and above in the district science and technology festival).

(4) A copy of the university-level "Torch Bronze Award" certificate.

(Note: If the school does not set up the honor of "Torch Bronze Award", it can be replaced by the comprehensive honor of the highest-level students in the school. )

Submit the materials in duplicate. Please attach copies of various certificates to each player's Recommendation Form. Don't attach copies of irrelevant awards, and don't make expensive picture books.

2. The school brigade department must correctly fill in the Summary of Young Pioneers' Recommended List of "Torch Silver Award" in Jianggan District (Annex 4), and please send the summary to the OA mailbox of the Youth League Committee of Huangjia Education Bureau before 20 1 1.

3. Please send the paper draft of all recommended materials to the Youth League Committee of the District Education Bureau before June 27th (Monday), 20 1 1, and do not send them after the deadline.

Evaluation schools: Experimental School affiliated to Zhejiang Academy of Educational Sciences, Caihe No.1 Primary School Education Group, Pujia Primary School Education Group, Mao Yisheng Experimental School, Jinghua Primary School, Sijiqing Primary School, Dongcheng Primary School of Hangzhou Normal University, Ding Lan Experimental School, Tiancheng Education Group and Huajiachi School of Zhejiang University.

Time and place of the meeting: 7: 00 a.m. July, Chun Qing Square.

2. Precautions.

(1) For the matters needing attention in the "Challenge Camp" activities, please refer to the Notes on the Preparation of the Third "Torch Silver Award" Challenge Camp in Jianggan District (Annex 2).

(2) Players who cannot participate in the "Challenge Camp" for various reasons are regarded as giving up automatically.

(3) The Shaogong Committee of Jianggan District will allocate the number of winners to each batch of judges according to the total number of contestants participating in the evaluation. After each batch of evaluation, the winners will be selected according to the ranking, and the evaluation results will be publicized on Jianggan Education Information Network (). All winners will be commended by the Communist Youth League Committee, the District Education Bureau and the District Youth Working Committee during the Team Building Festival.
