In order to ensure the sustainable development of the "3+2" school-running reform pilot in secondary and higher vocational schools, and to maintain the systematicness, integrity and coherence of the teaching process in secondary and higher vocational schools, our Committee organized the special acceptance of the "3+2" school-running reform pilot in secondary and higher vocational schools in recent three years, and demonstrated and evaluated the newly declared pilot projects. After the expert group's centralized review, the jury's review and the leading group's deliberation, 7 1 pilot project of "3+2" connecting secondary and higher vocational schools was determined. The list of projects is now published, and the related work in the next step is notified as follows:
First, the pilot secondary and higher vocational colleges should adhere to the basic principles of "integrating resources, focusing on connotation, facing high-end and improving quality", pay attention to students' all-round development and comprehensive quality training, strengthen the education of cultural basic courses in the pilot, innovate teaching contents, methods and means, and open public basic courses comprehensively, neatly and well. The class hours of public basic courses are not less than one-third of the total class hours.
Second, the pilot should take curriculum convergence as a link, give full play to the integration advantages of secondary and higher vocational colleges, do a good job in overall planning and convergence of professional teaching and curriculum content, and further improve the convergence curriculum system and integrated talent training program according to the objective laws of students' cognitive ability and post professional ability.
Third, pilot secondary and higher vocational colleges should co-ordinate educational resources, management and teaching staff, carefully organize and carry out pilot work, jointly carry out professional team learning and training, strengthen the construction of teaching staff, constantly sum up and improve teaching methods and means, strengthen quality control, and earnestly implement talent training programs.
Four, the enrollment teaching departments of secondary and higher vocational colleges should cooperate closely, strengthen communication, conscientiously perform their duties, and do a good job in the management of students' enrollment, training, transfer and other stages.
