It is about 22km by car from Roy Town Government to Ningxia Prison Education Center.

Ningxia Prison Accommodation and Education Center was newly moved from Binhe New District to the sand-collecting canal development zone in Shengli Township, Yongning County this year, and the exact location of the sand-collecting canal is not found on the map. According to the relocation documents and relevant tender announcements, the new address is adjacent to Southern Desertification Control University. Therefore, the driving route from Roy Town to Shasha University can be used as a reference:

Roy Town Government enters Healthy Lane to the west and drives130m;

Turn left onto Roy Avenue and drive 5.1km;

Turn right into Yongqing Road11.7 km;

Turn right and enter Guanping Road for 820 meters.

Turn right, enter Xiaguang Road and drive 2.1km;

Turn right, drive eastward from Xiaguang Road 1.9 km to Ningxia Vocational and Technical College of Sand Prevention and Control.

On the north side of the vocational and technical college of desertification control (now the university of desertification control) is Ningxia Prison Education Center.
