The red base areas in Hunan include the former site of the Farmers' Bank of Chaishan Special Zone, Shaoshan Village of Shaoshan City, and Li's former residence.

1. Former site of Farmers Bank in Chaishan Special Zone: This is the first "Red Financial Education Base" in Hunan Province, located in Xiabaigong Temple, Jinhu Village, San Jang Jin, Hengdong County. The Farmers' Bank of Chaishanzhou Special Zone was established by Chaishanzhou Branch of the Communist Party of China and the Agricultural Association of the Special Zone in April 1926. It is the first revolutionary bank founded by China and issued by China.

2. Shaoshan Village, Shaoshan City: Shaoshan Village is the place where Mao Zedong lived, studied and engaged in revolutionary activities in his early years. It is a national patriotic education base and a revolutionary memorial site. Shaoshan Village gives full play to the advantages of red resources in the hometown of great men, organically combines rich Shaoshan red resources with legal elements, innovates a new model of "party building plus popularization of law" and "red education plus popularization of law", and vigorously carries out publicity and education on red rule of law.

3. Li's former residence: Li's former residence is located in Botou Village, Jiayi Town, Pingjiang County, Hunan Province. Hunan Provincial Taxation Bureau, Yueyang Taxation Bureau, Pingjiang County Taxation Bureau, cultural tourism department and third-party experts jointly worked out the planning scheme and exhibition outline, actively promoted the construction of Li's former residence tax red education base, and strived to build the first tax red education base in Hunan Province.

4. Hunan is located in the middle of China, in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, bordering Hubei in the north, on the lakeside plain, with provincial boundaries, Huang Lianping in Guidong County in the east, Jiucaitang in xinhuang dong autonomous county in the west, Guposhan in Jianghua Yao Autonomous County in the south and Hupingshan in Shimen County in the north, with a width of 667 kilometers from east to west and a length of 774 kilometers from north to south.
