The project is located in the southeast of Luanzhou City, west of Pingqing Road and south of Tianfu East Road. The project covers an area of 70 mu with a building area of 3 1.500 square meters. It mainly includes teaching building, comprehensive building, lecture hall, canteen, dormitory and so on. , and supporting the construction of outdoor projects. The design scale is 12 track with 36 classes, which can accommodate 1800 students.

It is a public provincial model high school, approved by the Provincial Department of Education and invested by the local government. The school is located at the foot of Shuangta Mountain with beautiful environment and a long history, beside the Luanhe River.
