In today's materialistic and money-oriented society, more and more people are eager for money. People always see things and do things for utilitarian purposes. The word teacher makes it naturally out of touch with the world. Indeed, as far as money is concerned, our teacher is poor, so many girls say that teachers are stingy and don't want to find a teacher when they fall in love. Hey! But our spirit is extremely rich. Aren't young people who grow into talents our great wealth?
Everyone and I may feel the same way, especially the class teacher, but it's too hard. There is a lot of teaching work every day, and class management is always busy. During the day, I sometimes have to get up early to go to the dormitory to wake up and run, and at night I have to go to the dormitory to check the bed and maintain the discipline of going to bed, but it happened that some students climbed out of the internet in the middle of the night. When there is no class, go to the edge of the classroom corridor to check the class situation; Evening self-study is busy talking to students and encouraging them; I feel that I can't finish my homework and do things every day, and I feel that I am doing the same thing every day. The result is backache and slight spinal strain. All other units have an eight-hour working day. What about us? Eight-hour sleep system, only sleeping time allows you to work at other times, or even get up in the middle of the night, students have problems!
If you don't think about these problems from another angle, you can't be a good teacher! We study hard and prepare lessons carefully in order to give students a wonderful lesson and let them learn knowledge; When a student smiles and says to you: I like the teacher's class best. I won't sleep in class, I'm attracted to you. Do you feel bored at this time? Do you feel tired when you go to the dormitory to wake up the students for running and exercise, so that they can have a healthy body? When we devote ourselves to exploring the unknown with our children in class, when we open our hearts to communicate with students in corridors or offices, when we receive warm messages from many students during festivals, and when we see that students are making continuous progress because of their own teaching, I think I feel happy and satisfied like all the teachers here.
