Huangshi No.8 Middle School is a Huangshi-level model school with a long history and profound cultural accumulation. From 65438 to 0999, due to the adjustment and reform of the education system, Huangshi No.8 Middle School was split into two by the Education Bureau, and the new school in the former site of Huangshi No.2 Middle School was Huangshi Experimental High School.

Huangshi No.8 Middle School became a single junior middle school. Up to now, there are 42 classes, 2,700 students and 17 1 teacher, including 1 special teacher, 1 Hubei famous teacher, 65 senior teachers, 46 first-class teachers and 6544 provincial backbone teachers.
