(3) Having passed the examination

(D) Putonghua proficiency test level
According to the requirements of "Regulations on Teacher Qualification: Implementation Measures" and "Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Teacher Qualification System in Sichuan Province", the standard of Putonghua should reach Grade B or above in the Standard of Putonghua Proficiency Test issued by the State Language Committee.
