6: 40 in the morning: Wash and tidy up the house.

7 am 10: Wash dishes and clean the prison room.

7: 20 in the morning: meet in the playground and get ready for work.

7: 30 am: Enter the factory and start work.

9: 30 am: After the broadcast gymnastics, each labor group goes to the toilet in turn.

12 noon: call it a day.

12: 30 noon: start work.

3: 00 pm: After the broadcast gymnastics, each group eats snacks in turn. (Eggs+boiled water for one day, steamed bread+boiled water for one day, endless cycle every week. )

6 pm: Call it a day and go back to your cell.

7: 00 p.m.: Meet in the lobby of the prison room and watch the news broadcast.

7: 30 pm: watching movies, variety shows and playing chess.
