Fourteenth materials that should be filed shall be regularly handed over to the archival institutions or archivists of their own units for centralized management in accordance with relevant state regulations, and no individual may refuse to file or take them for himself.
Materials that are not allowed to be filed according to state regulations are prohibited from being filed without authorization.
Fifteenth organs, organizations, enterprises, institutions and other organizations shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, regularly hand over files to the archives, and the archives shall not refuse to accept them.
With the consent of the archives, the archives will be transferred to the archives for safekeeping in advance. Before the expiration of the transfer period stipulated by the state, the government information disclosure matters involved in the archives will still be handled by the unit that originally produced or preserved the government information. Upon the expiration of the transfer period, the archives involving the disclosure of government information shall be handled in accordance with the provisions on the utilization of archives.
Sixteenth organs, organizations, enterprises, institutions and other organizations in the event of institutional change or cancellation, merger and other circumstances. , shall be handed over to the relevant units or archives in accordance with the provisions.
Seventeenth archives in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state to receive the transfer of files, but also by accepting donations, purchases, storage and other ways to collect files.
