Legal basis: Article 19 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Safety in Production, the responsibility system for safety in production of production and business operation entities shall specify the personnel responsible for each post, the scope of responsibility and the assessment criteria. Production and business units shall establish corresponding mechanisms, strengthen supervision and assessment of the implementation of the responsibility system for production safety, and ensure the implementation of the responsibility system for production safety.
