According to official website, Tongling County Education Bureau and Tongling Middle School (formerly Tongling No.1 Middle School) are provincial-level demonstration high schools with a long history and profound connotations. In September, 2022, the first year of high school will move into the new campus of Shun 'an Town, Yi 'an District, and implement closed and boarding management. Students can apply for day study or boarding. Therefore, Tongling County No.1 Middle School is not compulsory to live on campus.
