Introduction to the fifth grade unified examination
The unified examination is a unified examination organized by the Beijing Municipal Education Commission for fifth-grade students in Beijing's Xicheng, Haidian, Dongcheng and Chongwen districts in the next semester. It is also called fifth-grade monitoring, and will be extended to all urban areas, including Chinese, mathematics and English. The results of the unified examination account for 60% of the "compulsory education quality evaluation system" of the Municipal Education Commission, which is the only evaluation standard for primary school students' five-year academic performance, similar to the national examination in grade three.
