What is the safety education in military training?
With the development of the times, the function of the fire brigade has expanded from a single fire fighting and rescue function to 18 fire fighting and emergency rescue function. The types and characteristics of fire fighting and rescue tasks undertaken have changed greatly, and the training safety work has become increasingly severe with the expansion of functions. This paper makes a simple analysis on strengthening the training safety management of fire forces.

First, the fire brigade training safety management overview

Safety management of fire fighting forces' training refers to the practical activities of scientific planning, careful organization, correct command, effective coordination and strict control of fire fighting forces' training by adopting safety methods and measures according to the training syllabus and the actual situation of the troops, which is an important content of army management.

According to the elements of training safety management, it is divided into human safety management and material safety management; According to the implementation time: safety management before training, safety management during training and safety management after training; According to the training safety management object, it can be divided into: contract team training safety management, compulsory training safety management, sergeant training safety management and police officer training safety management; According to the training content, it can be divided into: physical training safety management, skill training safety management, psychological training safety management and actual training safety management.

2. Problems existing in the training safety management of fire forces.

2. 1 Safety education management issues

To do a good job in the safety management of fire brigade training, we should first start with personnel education, firmly establish the idea of "safety first" and solve the fundamental problems ideologically. Through a large number of examples, it is proved that the problems existing in safety education management are mainly reflected in the lack of training safety concepts and irregular safety education and training.

2.2 Security system management issues

In order to meet the requirements of all-round construction of fire fighting forces in the new era, fire fighting forces in various regions have formulated relevant training safety systems according to the actual situation of their own units while strictly implementing relevant safety systems, and are responsible for the training safety of fire fighting forces. The problems of safety system management are mainly reflected in the nonstandard formulation of training safety management system and the inadequate implementation of training safety management system personnel.

2.3 Training content management issues

2.3. 1 unscientific training subjects.

Some units make training courses unscientific and fail to organize training according to the requirements of the training syllabus. First, the training subjects don't adapt to the weather. Second, the intensity of training subjects is high. Third, the training subjects are complex.

2.3.2 Unreasonable training plan

Some officers and men arrange unreasonable time in training. For example, participants began to train on the parallel bars just after dinner, which they thought was to make good use of their spare time to improve their business skills. In fact, this training method is very likely to lead to physical illness.

2.4 Equipment management issues

2.4. 1 Equipment aging and damage cause accidents.

When conducting outdoor business training or technical and tactical training, fire fighting forces shall apply relevant equipment. Some units use some old equipment to prevent equipment from being damaged during training and causing property losses. These equipments are stored in the equipment warehouse for a long time, and there may be aging damage inside, which is prone to training accidents.

2.4.2 Unfamiliar with the performance of new equipment causes accidents.

In recent years, with the development of society and the progress of science and technology, local fire forces have successively purchased many high-tech equipment at home and abroad. Through the Qiang Bing of science and technology, the training is more targeted to meet the needs of modern fire fighting and rescue. But at the same time, these new equipments are also a "double-edged sword". Because soldiers don't understand the equipment during training, they can't handle unexpected situations when operating and using, and eventually accidents occur.

3. The reasons for the problems in the training safety management of fire fighting forces.

3. 1 People's thoughts are not taken seriously.

In the safety management of training, the direct cause of the accident is the neglect of students' subjective thoughts and improper training attitude.

3.2 organization and management is not strict

The lack of strict organization and management of unit leaders in training is also a cause of the problem, which is mainly reflected in the following aspects: First, training units and trainers lack training content, methods and organizational experience; Second, training units and trainers failed to carry out safety management education in all aspects of training; Third, insufficient preparation and warm-up activities before the start of training; Fourth, there are not enough and reasonable protective personnel arranged in the training process, or the arranged safety officers are useless in name only, failing to play their due role and preventing or reducing accidents in the training process.

3.3 Training intensity and difficulty.

The training course of the fire brigade itself has certain intensity and difficulty, which is determined by the responsibilities of the fire brigade. However, the intensity and difficulty of some training work are too high, which exceeds the limit of trainees, or makes trainees work overtime for a long time. This kind of over-index training, or suddenly increasing the intensity and difficulty of training, does not grasp a reasonable degree, which is easy to cause training accidents.

3.4 Equipment inspection is not strict

Whether it is business training, skill training or large-scale drills, if the equipment is not strictly checked before training, it is easy to have various safety accidents.

4. Problems and countermeasures of training safety management of fire forces.

4. 1 Do ideological education and improve psychological quality.

Safety ideological education is the core of training safety management, and ideological problems are the leading factors to prevent training accidents. Before attending the training, it is necessary to organize mental health education classes, educate participants to treat business training correctly with a good mental state, overcome tension and fear, eliminate distractions, and establish confidence in practicing excellent business skills.

4.2 Improve the safety management system and implement safety management.

Fire forces should carefully analyze the situation, clarify the deficiencies, clarify the training purpose and direction, strictly implement the overall requirements of army building in the new period, conscientiously implement the safety management system, guide officers and men to consciously abide by the training order, prevent casualties and equipment losses caused by their own ideological paralysis and violation of safety management regulations, and reduce and contain accidents.

4.3 Pay close attention to training safety management and realize scientific training.

Scientific training to eliminate potential safety hazards in time. Arrange the training time and content scientifically and reasonably, so that there are warm-up and testing before training, protection and reminding during training, and sorting and commenting after training to prevent accidents such as falls and sprains. At the same time, check the training facilities regularly, find hidden dangers, signs and potential unsafe factors in time, study targeted solutions, nip hidden dangers in the bud, and do a good job in training safety and accident prevention. Observe and understand the ideological trends of officers and men in time during and after training, find problems, prescribe the right medicine, make full use of forums, ideological analysis meetings, individual heart-to-heart talks and other forms, and actively collect and master good methods and shortcomings in military training.

4.4 Strengthen the actual use and maintenance of equipment to ensure the safety of training and actual combat.

Grass-roots units should start from the existing equipment, train whatever equipment they have, strive to achieve the best combination of people and equipment, and use equipment freely under any circumstances, so that these equipment can play a role in protecting their own safety in fire fighting and rescue. For newly distributed equipment, we should not "shelve" for fear of damaging the equipment during training. We should conscientiously study, compile and organize training, so that officers and men of the army can master its performance and operation essentials skillfully, so that new equipment can form combat effectiveness as soon as possible. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the maintenance of equipment to ensure that the equipment is in the best state of preparation at any time.

5. Conclusion

The training safety of the army is an inseparable part of the overall work of the army, not to mention the failure of the overall work of the army. Safety training is the fundamental guarantee for the smooth development of fire brigade work, and it is also the top priority to strengthen fire brigade management. However, due to the author's limited knowledge level and lack of practical experience, this paper has not thoroughly analyzed the problems existing in the training safety management of fire forces and the solutions are not comprehensive enough. These problems need further study and continuous improvement to make them more suitable for the development of fire fighting forces.
