Zhaoqing, called Duanzhou in ancient times, is a prefecture-level city in Guangdong Province. Located in the midwest of Guangdong Province, it borders Foshan in the east and southeast, Yunfu in the southwest, Wuzhou and Hezhou in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in the west and northwest, and Qingyuan in the north and northeast.
