Your letter of 19851October 9th has been received. On the continuous calculation of the length of service of private teachers, the reply is as follows:

A, private primary and secondary school teachers transferred (hired) to other departments, still engaged in education work, can be handled according to the provisions of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education Chuanjiao herringbone [1980] No.277, that is, the original last time approved by the organization as a private teacher, can be combined to transfer (hired) to other departments to continue to engage in education work as a continuous length of service; If you transfer (enroll) to other departments, if you are no longer engaged in education, you can refer to the provisions of the Provincial Labor Bureau, namely12, that is, transfer (enroll) before July 23, 979, and calculate the continuous length of service from the date of transfer (enroll) to the work of your unit.197.

Second, private teachers in primary and secondary schools are admitted to ordinary colleges, secondary specialized schools and technical schools. The problem of calculating the length of service after graduation can be handled with reference to the provisions of Document No.2 of Sichuan Labor Insurance [82] of the Provincial Labor Bureau, that is, the last time approved by the organization before enrollment and the working time after graduation can be combined to calculate the continuous length of service. From 1970 to 1978, private teachers in primary and secondary schools entered institutions of higher learning, secondary specialized schools and technical schools. The calculation of their length of service during their study can be handled with reference to the provisions of document No.279 [80] of the Ministry of Education, that is, "their study time should be calculated as continuous length of service".
