Panzhou Education Bureau is the working department of Panjin Municipal People's Government, at the level.

The main responsibilities of Panzhou Education Bureau:

(a) to implement the principles, policies and plans of the party and the state for education reform and development, and to implement the relevant laws, regulations and rules of the state, province and city; Draw up the city's education reform and development plan and organize its implementation.

(two) to guide the party building, spiritual civilization construction, ideological and political work, stability work, cadre education work and group work within the city's education system. Responsible for the construction of municipal school leadership according to the division of labor, and manage or assist in the management of municipal leading cadres and reserve cadres. Responsible for organizing the implementation of the responsibility system for ideological work in schools within the system.

(III) To be responsible for deepening the comprehensive reform of the city's education field and the overall planning and coordinated management of all levels and types of education, guiding the education and teaching reform of all types of schools in the city, organizing and coordinating the daily work of the internationalization of the education system, and being responsible for the statistics, analysis and release of the city's basic education information.

(four) responsible for the management of teachers in the city, overall planning and guiding the construction of talent team in the education system, and organizing the implementation of all kinds of teacher qualification standards at all levels.

(five) responsible for the management of education funds in this department, and supervise the collection and use of education funds in the whole city. According to the relevant provisions of foreign education aid management, provide education loans to our city. Participate in the formulation of policies to raise education funds, education subsidies and investment in education infrastructure, and be responsible for the statistics of investment in education in the whole city.
