Three-year growth plan for senior high school
I. Objectives:

1. Ideology and Morality: Excellent moral performance in the first semester. I think this is the result of hard work, and it is also the result I should have after years of habit formation. Since childhood, he has always been a "good" student in the eyes of teachers. "Being kind" has many meanings. I think the above is the main thing, but it also includes that I am rather dull and introverted, maybe a little stupid. But in any case, I think a person can perform poorly in studies, communication, management, etc., but his moral quality must be excellent, which is what an ordinary student should do and what we must do as students of the Second Affiliated Middle School. Therefore, in these three years of study and life, my goal is to insist on excellent moral performance in each semester, get along well with my classmates in class, finish my work conscientiously, be self-disciplined in housework and make unremitting efforts in study. I believe this goal can be achieved.

2. Science and culture: This section is the most basic and important. The ultimate goal of our coming to school is undoubtedly to be admitted to a key university in our mind. Our task is to study all the courses thoroughly and master them solidly. However, in this semester's study, I feel a lot of pressure, facing all kinds of difficulties, and sometimes even feel overwhelmed. I think this is because there is a big gap between my past study habits and foundation and the present situation, which makes it difficult for me to adapt or even fall behind.

I failed to meet the standards in two subjects this semester, which was a wake-up call and gave me a sense of urgency and motivation to work hard. When I first entered the liberal arts class, I had the idea of choosing a composition After a semester, my thoughts still exist and are stronger. There are indeed many problems in my science study, and there is still a long way to go to meet the basic requirements. But this can't be the reason why I don't meet the standard. Even if you don't choose science in the future, you should at least be admitted, otherwise it is very dangerous to be promoted and repeat. What's more, mathematics is a compulsory subject. Why should I fail? Therefore, in the next study, I must first ensure the passing score of physical chemistry, and then try to catch up with the average score of the class. I can't relax or give up every subject at this stage, which must be kept in mind. For mathematics, I want to reach the average score first and strive for it step by step. I know that all these goals need great efforts and confidence to be achieved. It is useless to talk about them, and we must put them into practice.

In our liberal arts class, my liberal arts scores can only be said to be average. The fluctuation of Chinese performance is not stable enough, and the main problem lies in classical Chinese and composition. I know that my composition level should be the downstream position in my class. At present, it is necessary to increase reading and raise the score to 30 points. But my basic knowledge of classical Chinese is very weak, the accumulation of content words is not enough, the overall understanding ability is lacking, and the accumulation of ancient Chinese is too small. So from now on, we must do a good job of accumulation and induction. Secondly, I am very dissatisfied with my English study, and there are too many shortcomings in both my grades and my attitude. Although in the past, my most satisfactory subject was English, in the Second Affiliated High School, my English was only second-rate and third-rate, and I couldn't compare with others at all, and I haven't made any progress since I started school. This can only show that I am just "living on my laurels" and have not made efforts in English. This state will only be a gradual retrogression. At present, on the basis of paying close attention to science, we have to make time to improve our English. It is difficult to take care of both sides, but it is necessary. According to my English level, understanding and unremitting efforts, I hope to catch up with the upper-middle level. I am always interested in politics and history. It's good to be interested in learning, but I still have a lot of room for improvement.

3. Quality and ability: The teacher has repeatedly stressed the need to implement the educational concept of "Excellence plus major". I have never understood what my major is since I studied. People around you are always proficient in piano, chess, calligraphy and painting, especially in this class. This inevitably makes me feel a little mediocre, but after studying for so many years, I just talk in general terms. When I entered high school, I felt really interested in some knowledge of liberal arts, especially history, philosophy and psychology. But I can't do everything well in a short period of three years, but I want to start with philosophy, understand Chinese and foreign philosophical thoughts and representative figures, and read their works. And I can also cooperate with my own small research to explore the mystery of philosophy more deeply. History is a very extensive and in-depth course, and it is not difficult to study it thoroughly. Besides, my junior high school history foundation is not solid, so I need to make it up from scratch. I'm going to finish reading "Global History" before the summer vacation of senior one, get to know it, record any doubts when reading it in time, and then consult the materials to solve them. Secondly, I usually pay more attention to some content related to history, and volunteering in the history museum is one of the good ways. Also, after accumulating some knowledge, I will try to write some small historical papers, mainly referring to related books that have been published, which should be helpful for understanding. As for psychology, I haven't decided on my research direction yet. After all, it is for my future ideal, and I will work hard.

Second, the stage:

In terms of courses, I think scores and rankings may be more objective criteria. At present, the ranking in the class is 35, and I hope to be promoted to 25~30 in the final exam of senior one. At present, the main obstacle is science. Of course, if the liberal arts can develop well, it will also help. The overall evaluation of physics is expected to reach 65~70 next semester, while the total score of mathematics and chemistry will rise to 75~80. For Chinglish, I believe we can go further, at least in the second year of high school, these two courses should be squeezed to the front of the class. Maybe the deadline and score I set for myself are a little high, and it's a little difficult to finish. But I believe that hard work and hard work will still achieve something.

Third, the strategy (this point has been mentioned in the goal, so I won't go into details)

I hope it helps you!
