In order to implement this teaching concept, we require every faculty member to firmly establish the following educational concepts:
1, school staff, whether teachers or logistics personnel, are "front-line" jobs as long as they are "educating people". "Educating people as the center" requires all teaching staff to consciously enhance their awareness of educating people, do their jobs well according to the requirements of quality education, and jointly improve the comprehensive quality of students and the quality of education.
