No Huaxia Culture Promotion Association is a national social organization, which is headed by China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, initiated by China cultural celebrities, and voluntarily formed by relevant government departments, media, universities, enterprises and institutions, experts and scholars, and industry practitioners in the field of Chinese culture, and is dedicated to the exchange and dissemination of Chinese culture. It was approved and registered by the Ministry of Civil Affairs on July 1990. Its quality education committee is not a private sector, but was established with the consent of the leaders of China Culture Promotion Association.
