20 14 Announcement on Adjustment of Autumn Teacher Examination in Qingchuan County, Sichuan Province

In order to solve the shortage of teachers in some schools in our county, after research, we decided to open the examination for public schools and transfer a group of teachers to schools such as Qingchuan Middle School. The relevant matters of public examination and adjustment are hereby announced as follows:

First, the number of places for examination and adjustment.

The number of teachers in this public examination is 15. Among them, there are 5 Qingchuan Middle Schools, 3 Qiao Zhuang Junior High Schools in Qingchuan County and 4 Qiao Zhuang Kindergartens in Qingchuan County; 3 Qiaozhuang Shangpin Kindergarten in Qingchuan County.

For the specific positions and places, please refer to the list of post conditions for teachers in the autumn public examination of some schools in Qingchuan County in 20 14 (attachment 1).

Second, the examination object, scope and basic conditions

(a) the object and scope of the test.

Public schools that fully meet the corresponding post requirements of the List of Teachers' Post Conditions Adjusted by Public Examinations in Some Schools in Qingchuan County in the Fall of 20 14 (Annex 1) and other requirements of this announcement are officially edited teachers (except probationary teachers).

(2) Basic conditions

1. has People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality.

2. Love the socialist motherland, support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), support the leadership of China, abide by the law, have good moral character, love their jobs and have a strong sense of responsibility.

3. The annual assessment is qualified and above.

4. Be in good health, pass the physical examination, and have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally.

5. Applicants must have the written consent of the work unit or competent department with personnel management authority before they can apply for the exam.

6. According to the post employment management policy, the examiner will implement the salary system corresponding to the candidates and positions. If I don't want to implement the salary system of the transferred unit because of salary changes, please don't apply.

7. Under any of the following circumstances, you may not apply for the exam: (1) You have been criminally punished for a crime; (two) suspected of violating the law and discipline is under review; (three) the disciplinary action has not been lifted; (4) other policies that do not meet the conditions for transfer.

Third, the examination and adjustment procedures

(1) Registration

1. This exam is conducted by on-site registration.

2. Registration time: 20/KOOC-0/April/KOOC-0/5 (9: 00 am-/KOOC-0/2: 00 pm/KOOC-0/3: 00 pm-/KOOC-0/7: 00 pm).

3. Registration place: conference room on the second floor of Qingchuan County Education Science and Technology Bureau.

4. The following materials shall be submitted when registering:

(1)20 14 Registration Form for Transfer Teachers in Autumn Public Examination of Some Schools in Qingchuan County (in duplicate);

(2) 1 Original and photocopy of my graduation certificate, teacher qualification certificate, valid resident ID card, annual assessment documents in recent three years, professional and technical post qualification certificate (or document);

(3) Two recent bareheaded photos of myself;

(4) The written opinion that the current work unit agrees to apply for the exam (the teachers who apply for the exam outside the county must be approved by the local work unit, education department and human society department);

(5) Applicants must sign a written statement that they will not be transferred from the positions they apply for within three years. Those with senior or intermediate professional and technical post qualification certificates must sign a written statement agreeing to low employment in higher vocational colleges.

(2) Qualification examination

The qualification examination is jointly undertaken by Qingchuan County Education Science and Technology Bureau and the examination and adjustment school. Those who pass the qualification examination take the exam. In principle, the ratio between the number of effective applicants and the number of transferred positions is not less than 3: 1. Qualification examination runs through the whole examination and adjustment process. Applicants who conceal relevant information or provide false materials shall be disqualified from applying for and adjusting.

(3) Examination

1, Qingchuan Middle School, Sichuan Province: The exam consists of two parts: written test (content is the professional quality test of corresponding subjects in high school) and interview (content is the current high school textbook). The interview was conducted in a trial manner.

Total test score = written test score ×50%+ interview score ×50%

2. Qiao Zhuang Junior High School in Qingchuan County: The exam is an interview, and the interview is conducted by lecture.

3. Qiao Zhuang Kindergarten and Qiaozhuang Shangpin Kindergarten in Qingchuan County: The examination is conducted by means of lectures and professional skills tests.

Total examination score = lecture score ×40%+ professional skill test score ×60%

The specific time and place of the exam can be found on the admission ticket.

(4) Physical examination and assessment.

Physical examination and inspection personnel are determined in equal amount according to the order of the total test scores from high to low. Physical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to teachers' physical examination standards. Physical examination and assessment shall be the responsibility of the examination and adjustment school.

(5) Determine the personnel to be transferred.

According to the examination, physical examination and investigation, the personnel to be transferred shall be examined and confirmed by Qingchuan County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

(6) Publicity

Those who pass the examination, physical examination and assessment shall be publicized in Qingchuan County Personnel Network and Qingchuan Education Science and Technology Network.

(7) Employment

If there is no objection after publicity, the transfer and employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.
