Several common problems in persuasion education
(1) Teachers focus on "speaking" rather than "serving". In persuasion education, teachers often nag, saying that only students are allowed to listen, but not to explain. This persuasion is not only difficult for students to accept, but also often leads to students' boredom, which makes persuasion education fail to achieve its due effect and even has a negative effect on moral education in some cases.
(2) Teachers are concerned with the "truth" rather than the specific analysis of specific students. In persuasion education, in order to convince students, teachers often put forward the "great truth" from the beginning. These empty truths are often divorced from the actual situation of students, unable to connect with the level of value pursuit of students, and certainly unable to resonate with students. Such persuasion can only be feeble and can't achieve the expected effect.
(3) Teachers should focus on "confirmation" and let students take clothes. We know that when students break the rules, it is naturally good to persuade them to realize their mistakes. However, sometimes some students can't realize their mistakes through one or two dialogues. At this time, if students are oppressed to make their attitudes wrong, they will only be dissatisfied with their oral attitude, which is a kind of fake clothing. As the saying goes, "haste makes waste". Moral education is a long-term and gradual work, and we can't rush for success.
