Wuxi Branch of Southeast University was established with the approval of the former State Education Commission and the Ministry of Electronic Industry. 1988. Its original intention is to integrate teaching, scientific research and production, practice the reform of higher education, and provide talents and scientific and technological support for Wuxi to build "China Silicon Valley". In 2006, Southeast University signed an agreement with Wuxi Municipal Government to run a school in Industry-University-Research, and Wuxi provided 200 mu of land to build a new campus for free according to the needs of campus development. In September 2007, the new campus of the branch school was completed. Wuxi branch is located in Taihu International Science Park, Wuxi High-tech Zone, with a construction area of nearly 654.38+10,000 square meters. It has formed an all-round, multi-level and diversified school-running system with complete supporting facilities such as life, teaching, scientific research, undergraduate and graduate students, full-time and on-the-job education and continuing education.
