Article 1 In order to ensure the smooth enrollment of Shandong Medical College 20021and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the school and candidates, the Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the spirit of the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Ministry of Education, the Shandong Provincial Admissions Committee, the Shandong Provincial Education Admissions Examination Institute and other relevant documents, and in combination with the specific conditions of our school's enrollment work.
Article 2 These Articles of Association are applicable to the enrollment of full-time colleges and universities in Shandong Medical College.
Article 3 The principles of "fair competition, fair selection, open procedures, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission" shall be implemented in the enrollment work of Shandong Medical College.
Article 4 The enrollment of Shandong Medical College shall be supervised by the discipline inspection and supervision departments, news media, candidates, their parents and all sectors of society.
Chapter II Organizational Structure
Article 5 Shandong Medical College shall set up an enrollment leading group headed by the school leaders. The leading group is responsible for formulating enrollment policies and enrollment plans, and discussing and deciding major issues in enrollment work.
Article 6 The Admissions Office of Shandong Medical College is a permanent organization that organizes and implements enrollment and related work, and is specifically responsible for the daily enrollment work of colleges and universities in Shandong Medical College.
Article 7 The Disciplinary Inspection Committee of Shandong Medical College shall supervise the enrollment work.

Chapter IV Enrollment Plan and Application Conditions
Article 11 Shandong Medical College shall, according to the 202 1 enrollment plan issued by Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission and Shandong Provincial Department of Education, prepare enrollment plans by province and specialty. After the enrollment plan is approved by the Provincial Department of Education, it will be announced to the public through provincial enrollment departments, school enrollment brochures, school websites and other forms. When candidates fill in their volunteers, the plan officially announced by the provincial admissions department where the students are located shall prevail.
Twelfth candidates who meet the registration conditions need to log in to the online registration system of Shandong colleges and universities and fill in the basic information online. The school's voluntary reporting code in Shandong Province is A442. Candidates outside the province should fill in the form according to the requirements of the local competent department.
Thirteenth forms of school enrollment in the province are summer college entrance examination and spring college entrance examination. Summer college entrance examination is a comprehensive reform of college entrance examination, and spring college entrance examination is medicine and nursing.
Article 14 According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education, a provincial enrollment system supervised by the school shall be implemented, and candidates shall be admitted on the basis of their moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic qualities in an open, fair, just and merit-based manner.
Fifteenth candidates must meet the registration conditions, ideological and political moral assessment, physical examination standards in accordance with the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health, the China Disabled Persons' Federation revised the "Guiding Opinions on the Physical Examination of College Admissions" (J [2003] No.3) and related supplementary provisions. During the enrollment period, candidates who do not meet the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities (J (2003) No.3) and related supplementary provisions shall be dismissed. Freshmen should have a physical examination after entering school. If the examination results are inconsistent with the information provided at the time of admission, the school will adjust the major according to the actual physical condition of the students in accordance with the relevant regulations of the higher authorities until they return to their original places, and the education authorities will hold the parties and medical examiners accountable.
Article 16 All enrollment majors in our school are not limited to foreign languages. All professional students teach in English, and minority candidates need to switch to English after entering school.
Chapter V Admission Rules
Seventeenth professional enrollment does not limit the proportion of men and women.
Article 18 Admission method: Under the unified organization of the Provincial Education Admissions Examination Institute, remote online admission will be implemented.
Article 19 Admission batch: The admission batch of our school's enrollment in Shandong Province is an ordinary batch; Admission batches from other provinces shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the provincial admissions department where the students are located.
Article 20 Schools adhere to the principles of comprehensive evaluation of morality, intelligence, physique and beauty, paying attention to cultural examination results, fair competition and merit-based admission.
Article 21 Among the candidates whose college entrance examination scores have reached the minimum control score for admission in the same batch, the school shall access the candidates' files in accordance with the proportion of the files provided by the provincial education entrance examination institute, and the specific proportion shall be determined by the admissions departments of the provinces (cities).
Article 22 According to the published enrollment plan, our school follows the principle of voluntary priority, and enrolls students according to the principle of voluntary setting and file admission in the province.
In the provinces that have not implemented the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination and implemented parallel volunteer, the relevant provinces will implement the provisions on filing, and accept the filing according to the principle of "giving priority to scores and following volunteers". When there are insufficient candidates for the first time, they will recruit volunteer candidates from high scores to low scores. For the provinces that have not implemented parallel volunteer, according to the principle of "voluntary priority, from high scores to low scores", the candidates with the first choice will be admitted first, and the second choice will be admitted when the first choice is insufficient, and so on. For candidates who enter the archives, the major is determined according to the principle of priority of professional volunteers in our school. According to the number of professional plans and the order in which candidates fill in their professional volunteers, it is determined from high score to low score. First, according to the first professional volunteer, from high score to low score, until the professional plan is completed; If the first major volunteer program is not full, the second major candidates will be admitted from high to low, and so on. If the reported professional volunteers cannot be satisfied, the candidates whose professional volunteers obey the adjustment will be adjusted from high score to low score, and those who do not obey the adjustment will be retired.
Only girls are admitted to the following majors: midwifery (the ratio of male to female in other majors is not limited).
In the provinces that implement the comprehensive reform of college entrance examination, when enrolling students, all majors do not mention the requirements of elective subjects. According to the candidates' professional volunteers and total cultural achievements, the candidates who have entered the major are admitted in turn according to the number of enrollment plans of each major, and no professional adjustment is carried out.
Twenty-third in determining the admission qualifications, the school recognizes the relevant policies for the enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities in the province where the students are located.
Article 24 After the candidates are admitted to our school, the channels for publishing the admission results are: the school enrollment consultation telephone, the school enrollment information network, and the provincial (municipal) enrollment examination information network.
Article 25 According to the mailing address provided by the candidates, the school sends the admission notice by express mail (no need for the candidates to pay).
Chapter VI Admission of Freshmen
Twenty-sixth freshmen hold the admission notice, admission ticket, resident ID card and other materials issued by Shandong Medical College to go through the registration formalities according to the specified time and relevant requirements. If you can't report on time, you should submit a written application to the school, and you can postpone the report with the consent of the school. Those who fail to take time off or fail to take time off within the time limit are deemed to have given up their admission qualification automatically.
Twenty-seventh new students after admission, the school in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education for their physical examination and re-examination of admission qualifications, re-examination of students who do not meet the conditions to cancel the admission qualifications.
Article 28 According to the Notice on Adjusting the Policy of Freshmen's Household Registration in Colleges and Universities in Shandong Province (Lu Gongtong [20 17] 109), freshmen admitted to colleges and universities in Shandong Province can voluntarily choose to move their household registration to the school location.
Twenty-ninth transfer matters shall be implemented according to the spirit of the higher authorities and the specific management regulations of the school.
Chapter VII Fees, Refund Standards and Subsidy Policies
Thirtieth schools in accordance with the provincial development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Department of Finance, the Provincial Department of Education approved fees and related regulations. Refund of fees shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Fees of Colleges and Universities in Shandong Province (No.98 [2018]) issued by the general office of the provincial government.
Thirty-first schools help students complete their studies through various forms of financial assistance, such as awards, loans, assistance, subsidies and exemptions. Students from poor families can apply for student loans, "green channels", scholarships, tuition fee remission, work-study programs and other funded projects. The funding conditions and standards shall be implemented by the school according to the financial situation of students' families and in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Student Financial Assistance Funds in Shandong Province (Cai Lu Science and Education [2020]15) and the relevant regulations of the school.

Thirty-third graduates majoring in clinical medicine, stomatology and traditional Chinese medicine can take the qualification examination for practicing assistant doctors; Nursing and midwifery graduates can take the practical nurse qualification examination; Graduates majoring in pharmacy and traditional Chinese medicine can take the qualification examination for licensed pharmacists; Graduates majoring in preventive medicine can take the qualification examination of public health practicing assistant doctors; Graduates majoring in acupuncture and massage can take the qualification examination for practicing assistant doctors of traditional Chinese medicine; Graduates from other medical-related colleges and universities are eligible to apply for relevant vocational examinations (all of them have work experience requirements).
Chapter IX Others
Thirty-fourth graduates can take the general college entrance examination according to the documents and policies of the Ministry of Education and the Shandong Provincial Department of Education, and continue their studies in the same or similar majors after admission. Students majoring in nursing and midwifery can take the self-study examination of higher education and get a bachelor's degree.
Thirty-fifth schools do not entrust any social institutions or individuals to handle matters related to enrollment. Chapter X Supplementary Provisions
Article 37 If the Articles of Association are inconsistent with the relevant policies of the superior, the relevant policies of the state and the superior shall prevail. Matters not covered in this contract shall be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations of the superior.
