What are the main requirements for confidentiality management of delegations going abroad on business?
The delegations going abroad (on business) shall implement the principle of "whoever sends the responsibility shall be responsible for the travel agency", and adhere to the principle of distinguishing between inside and outside, appointing a special person to be responsible, managing the whole process and ensuring safety. Before going abroad, the delegation should make arrangements for the organization and management of secret-related activities during the period outside the country (territory) and clarify the safety management measures. The dispatched offices and units shall conduct confidential education for the personnel going abroad. The use of computers to process confidential information should be carried out in the shielded rooms of Chinese embassies (consulates) abroad or in places that meet the requirements of security and confidentiality. The meeting of confidential or important sensitive matters shall be held in the embassy (consulate) of China, overseas institutions or places that meet the requirements of security and confidentiality.
